Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA)

This a technical tool used to identify, and analyse impacts on the physical environment, as well as social, cultural and health impacts. The EIA process identifies the potential environmental impacts of your proposed project and how they can be mitigated. According to the Environmental management Act and SI 7 of 2007, all projects listed under its first schedule are expected to undergo an EIA process prior to implementation. This process manages potential risks to your organisation saving on litigation fines and costs of rehabilitation. Our team of experts will guide your organisation through the both Phase I &II of the EIA study for your proposed project. This includes the Prospectus study, full EIA study, and Document preparation and submission to the Environmental Management Agency.
